Butler/Till client Excellus BlueCross BlueShield was recently honored by the national Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association for having achieved the largest percentage increase in brand awareness over the previous year. In developing the media strategy and plan for Excellus’ 2007 campaign, Butler/Till utilized in-house consumer research and a sophisticated media planning model to insure effective levels of media exposure were achieved across several distinct target audience segments.
