Rochester-based Butler/Till Media Services, Inc. has hired Scott Ensign as Vice President of Digital Media. Ensign is the latest in a series of high-level positions added to the growing Butler/Till family, which includes the Butler/Till Health Group and Brand Cool Marketing.
We are very excited to announce the addition of this critical position for the digital media team. Scott will be focused on organizational management and design, talent development and training, thought leadership, process and technology improvements, and creating the overall roadmap for the future of our digital capabilities.
Scott is a proven digital leader with more than 15 years of professional experience. His career has taken him from print to broadcast to integrated digital media solutions, with stops in account management, strategy, and leadership. He has built and led large teams responsible for online display, paid social, paid search, and SEO. He has also led the strategy and execution of integrated digital programs for some of North America’s largest brands, including Bridgestone, State Farm, General Electric, and Sylvan Learning, many at key points of their digital transformation.
Scott is an avid reader and he’s passionate about the power of technology to transform businesses and lives.
Last year, Butler/Till, a 100% employee-owned company, certified B Corp, and certified women-owned enterprise (WBE), grew 15% and added major clients to its roster. Scott’s addition will only strengthen our momentum as we look ahead to 2019.
